As young BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color) start to enter the real world , they are faced with unpacking the challenges of being adults and addressing underlying stigmas from their respective communities around mental health.

However, there is a lack of guidance and centralized resources to help them figure out how to navigate the steps to take charge of their mental health.
